Chicken injection is an easy way to get natural flavor and moisture into meat without the mess of soaking in a brine. It also helps prevent overcooking of small pieces where the overcooking and drying window begins. We were able to offer you all the moisture and flavor in a jar that everyone can use!
Mix 1/4 cup of Bird Booster with 2 cups of water. Use a kitchen injector and inject into white or dark meat. Make sure to inject it all the way to the bone. While injecting, be sure to move the needle around the meat. This amount of product will make 10 pounds of meat.
A 12 oz jar will make well over 70 pieces of chicken.
