This LIMITED WARRANTY covers defects in workmanship and materials for a period of three (3) years from the date of original retail purchase. During the warranty period, GMG Products, LLC (dba Green Mountain Grills) will, at its sole option, replace or repair any defective Green Mountain Grill returned to us, or to one of our dealers, by its original purchaser. All claims under this warranty must be received prior to the expiration of the warranty period.
This warranty does not cover problems resulting from abuse, accident, misuse or power supply problems. It does not cover cosmetic items and components, such as paint and other finishes. It does not cover use not in accordance with the instruction manual. It does not cover commercial use of the product. It specifically excludes products for which Green Mountain Grills has not received payment.
THIS WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS WHICH MAY VARY FROM STATE TO STATE (PROVINCE TO PROVINCE IN CANADA). GREEN MOUNTAIN GRILL'S LIABILITY FOR DEFECTS IN MATERIALS AND WORKMANSHIP IS LIMITED TO REPAIR AND/OR REPLACEMENT AS SET FORTH IN THIS WARRANTY. ALL EXPRESS AND IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES AND WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE ARE DISCLAIMED. IN NO EVENT SHALL GMG PRODUCTS, LLC (dba GREEN MOUNTAIN GRILLS) BE LIABLE FOR SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, WHETHER TO THE ORIGINAL PURCHASER, OR WITH RESPECT TO ANY CLAIM OF DAMAGES BY A THIRD PARTY AGAINST THE PURCHASER FOR THIS PRODUCT. Warranty and product registration
At Ooni, we're here if anything goes wrong. All Ooni products come with a standard 1-year warranty, and we'll extend that warranty to 3 years* on Ooni pizza ovens when you register your pizza oven with Ooni.

Our Ooni ovens are built to last. We will warrant your product against defects in materials and workmanship (under normal use and maintenance) for the duration of your warranty. Our priority is always to keep you cooking great meals! If defective parts prevent you from doing so, we'll replace them - and we'll do it quickly and without disturbing you because we trust you!

Return Policy
We only accept returns on items purchased directly from Kamado Joe® via our website: www.kamadojoe.com. You may return your product(s) up to 45 days from the original shipping date. All merchandise must be unused, unassembled and returned in its original packaging. We do not accept returns of charcoal, firelighters or wood chips. Please include a copy of the original purchase invoice.
A full refund of the price of the merchandise will be automatically applied to your credit or debit card within 10 business days of receiving the returned product. If your original payment method is no longer active, we will send you a check within 30 days.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Original and return shipping charges are not refundable. All items must be postmarked within 45 days of the original shipping date.
No refunds will be issued on merchandise returned after 45 days of the original shipping date.

Kamado Joe® warrants that the major ceramic parts used in this Kamado Joe® grill and smoker are free from defects in material and workmanship for as long as the original purchaser owns the grill.
5 Year Warranty on Metal Parts and Kettle Joe Grills
Kamado Joe® warrants that the major metal and cast iron parts used in this Kamado Joe® grill and smoker are free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of five (5) years.
3 Year Warranty on Electronics, Heat Deflectors and Pizza Stones
Kamado Joe® warrants the electronic components of this Kamado Joe® grill and smoker to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of three (3) years.
2 Year Warranty on Miscellaneous Components and Stand-Alone Accessories
Kamado Joe® warrants that the miscellaneous components used in this Kamado Joe® grill and smoker (including, but not limited to, the thermometer, gaskets and iKamand controllers) or any Kamado Joe accessory will be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of two (2) years.
Commercial Use Limited Warranty
This warranty assumes normal and reasonable household use combined with proper maintenance of all Kamado Joe® products. This warranty does not apply to commercial use, for example, by caterers, butchers, rental companies, and food trucks. Kamado Joe® warrants all Kamado Joe® grills and smokers used in commercial applications to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year.
When does warranty coverage begin?
Warranty coverage begins on the original date of purchase and covers the original purchaser only. For warranty coverage to apply, you must register your Kamado Joe® product using the product registration page on our website. If you discover a defect in material or workmanship during the applicable warranty period under normal use and maintenance, Kamado Joe® will, at its sole option, replace or repair the defective component at no cost to you for the component itself. This warranty does not apply to labor, or any other costs associated with the maintenance, repair or operation of the grill. Kamado Joe will pay all shipping costs for warranty parts.
What is not covered?
This warranty does not apply to damage caused by abuse or use of the product for purposes other than those for which it is designed, damage caused by lack of proper use, assembly, maintenance or installation, damage caused by accidents or acts of God, damage caused by unauthorized attachments or modifications, or damage during shipping. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from normal wear and tear associated with the use of the product (e.g., scratches, dents, and chipping) or changes in the appearance of the grill that do not affect its performance.
THIS LIMITED WARRANTY IS EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, WRITTEN OR ORAL, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. THE DURATION OF ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, IS EXPRESSLY LIMITED TO THE DURATION OF THE WARRANTY PERIOD FOR THE APPLICABLE COMPONENT.
PURCHASER'S EXCLUSIVE REMEDY FOR BREACH OF THIS LIMITED WARRANTY OR ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY SHALL BE LIMITED, AS SPECIFIED HEREIN, TO REPLACEMENT. IN NO EVENT SHALL KAMADO JOE® BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.
This warranty is provided to you in addition to any rights and remedies available to you under consumer protection laws and regulations. This warranty does not affect your statutory rights under the statutory warranty regulations in your state or country of residence. Depending on your state or country of residence, limitations on the duration of an implied warranty or damages available to you may not be limited by this warranty.
What voids the warranty?
The purchase of any Kamado Joe® product through an unauthorized dealer voids the warranty. An unauthorized reseller is defined as any retailer who has not been expressly authorized by Kamado Joe® to sell Kamado Joe® products.
Pit Boss Warranty - Existing
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
All Pit Boss wood pellet grills manufactured by Dansons Inc. carry a limited warranty from the date of sale by the original owner. Warranty coverage begins on the date of original purchase and proof of purchase date, or a copy of the original invoice, is required to validate the warranty. Customers will be subject to parts, shipping and handling charges if they are unable to provide proof of purchase or after the warranty has expired.
Dansons offers a five (5) year warranty against manufacturing defects on all parts, and five (5) years on electrical components. Dansons warrants all parts to be free from defects in material and workmanship for the duration of the original purchaser's use and ownership. The warranty does not cover wear and tear damage, such as minor cosmetic scratches, dents, dings, chips or cracks. These cosmetic changes to the grill do not affect its performance. Repair or replacement of any part does not extend the limited warranty beyond five (5) years from the date of purchase.
During the warranty period, Dansons' obligation is limited to providing a replacement for defective and/or failed components. While the warranty period is in effect, Dansons' will not charge for the repair or replacement of returned parts, freight prepaid, if the part(s) is deemed defective by Dansons' after examination. Dansons' will not be responsible for freight charges, labor costs or export duties. Except as provided in these warranty terms, the repair or replacement of parts in the manner and for the period of time stated above shall constitute the fulfillment of all direct and derivative liabilities and obligations of Dansons to you.
Dansons takes every precaution to use materials that retard rust. Even with these precautions, protective coatings may be compromised by various substances and conditions beyond the control of Dansons. High temperatures, excessive humidity, chlorine, industrial fumes, fertilizers, lawn pesticides and salt are some of the substances that can affect metal coatings. For these reasons, the warranty does not cover rust or oxidation unless there is a loss of structural integrity of the grill component. If any of the above situations occur, please refer to the care and maintenance section to extend the life of your appliance. Dansons recommends the use of a grill cover when the grill is not in use.
This warranty is based on normal domestic use and maintenance of the grill and no limited warranty coverage applies to a grill used in commercial applications.
EXCEPTIONS
There are no written or implied performance warranties on Pit Boss grills, as the manufacturer has no control over the installation, operation, cleaning, maintenance or type of fuel burned. This warranty will not apply and Dansons will not assume any responsibility if your appliance has not been installed, operated, cleaned and maintained in strict accordance with this manual. Any use of gas not described in this manual may void the warranty. The warranty does not cover damage or breakage due to misuse, mishandling or alterations.
Neither Dansons nor the authorized Pit Boss dealer accepts any liability, legal or otherwise, for incidental or consequential damages to property or persons resulting from the use of this product. Whether a claim is made against Dansons based on breach of this warranty or any other type of warranty expressed or implied by law, in no event shall the manufacturer be liable for any special, indirect, consequential or other damages of any kind in excess of the original purchase price of this product. All manufacturer's warranties are set forth herein and no claim may be made against the manufacturer based on any warranty or representation.
Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages or limitations on implied warranties, so the limitations or exclusions set forth in this limited warranty may not apply to you. This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may have other rights, which vary from state to state.

COYOTE OUTDOOR LIVING LIMITED PRODUCT WARRANTY
Coyote Outdoor warrants to the original purchaser, at the point of delivery and with proof of purchase, that each outdoor gas grill/side burner, when subjected to normal residential use, will be free from defects in workmanship and materials for the periods specified below. This warranty excludes grills used in rental and commercial applications. This warranty excludes surface corrosion, scratches and discoloration that may occur during normal use. It does NOT cover labor or related costs. Shipping and handling charges will be assessed for delivery of the warranted part(s).

Our obligation under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement, at our option, of the product during the warranty period. The extent of any liability of Coyote under this warranty is limited to repair or replacement. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear of parts, damage resulting from any of the following: negligent use or misuse of the product, use of improper fuel/gasoline supply, use contrary to operating instructions, or modification by anyone other than a factory service center. The warranty period is not extended by such repair or replacement.
WARRANTY CLAIM PROCEDURE:
If you need service or parts for your Coyote grill, please contact our warranty service center for factory direct assistance. Our hours of operation are 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. CST. Please have your model number, serial number and proof of purchase available for any warranty claim.
Coyote Outdoor may require the return of defective parts for examination before issuing replacement parts. If defective parts must be returned, shipping charges must be prepaid by the customer. Upon review and at Coyote Outdoor's discretion, if the original part is found to be defective, Coyote Outdoor may approve your claim and elect to replace those parts at no charge. In all cases, the customer is responsible for shipping and handling of the replacement parts. Repair of the product, as provided in this warranty, is your sole remedy. Coyote Outdoor shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages for breach of any express or implied warranty on its products.
This warranty does not cover failure or malfunction due to accident, abuse, misuse, alteration, misapplication, vandalism, improper installation, maintenance or service, damage caused by flashback or grease fire as set forth in the owner's manual. This warranty does not cover scratches, dents, corrosion or discoloration caused by weather, heat, abrasive and chemical cleaners, pool or spa chemicals, and/or any tools used in the assembly or installation of this unit. This warranty does not cover paint loss, surface rust, corrosion or discoloration of stainless steel which is considered normal wear and tear. This warranty does not cover the cost of inconvenience, personal injury or property damage due to improper use or failure of the product. Deterioration or damage due to severe weather conditions such as hail, hurricanes, earthquakes, tsunamis, tornadoes, terrorism, discoloration due to exposure to chemicals directly or in the atmosphere, natural disasters are not covered by this limited warranty.

Only officially authorized Coyote Outdoor Living, Inc. dealers are permitted to sell Coyote products. Coyote products come with a factory warranty, which will only be honored if the products are purchased from an authorized dealer/distributor or directly from Coyote Outdoor Living, Inc. If you obtain a Coyote product(s) from an unauthorized dealer, your warranty will not be honored and we cannot offer you the assurances of quality and satisfaction offered by purchases from authorized dealers. Avoid unauthorized dealers
Know where your product comes from!
Products sold by unauthorized dealers are not purchased from one of its authorized dealers/distributors or directly from Coyote Outdoor Living, Inc. Instead, they are usually acquired from a long list of inappropriate, unethical or even criminal business tactics. Due to the nature of the goods sold by unauthorized resellers and the unknown nature of their business practices, products sold by unauthorized resellers are not eligible for Coyote Outdoor Living, Inc. warranty coverage. In addition, many of these unauthorized resellers (online or brick-and-mortar stores) change their names and locations frequently, making it impossible to reach them to resolve customer support issues. Other sites/stores simply go out of business.
We do our best to prohibit these companies from taking advantage of consumers, but these practices still exist. To ensure that you receive the quality products and service you deserve when you purchase Coyote products, it is important that all of your purchases of our products are made only through an authorized Coyote Outdoor Living, Inc. retailer.
How do I determine if a retailer is authorized to sell Coyote products?
Coyote Outdoor Living, Inc. sells the majority of its products at retail through a network of distributors. By working closely with our distribution network, we are able to continually maintain an active list of authorized vendors/retailers. If at any time we are unable to provide you with a verified response immediately, our customer support team will immediately contact the distributor to verify the reseller in question. What happens to my warranty if I purchase through an unauthorized dealer?
Any Coyote product purchased from an unauthorized dealer or with the original factory serial number removed (or replaced in any way) will not be honored or repaired under Coyote Outdoor Living, Inc.'s existing warranty policy.
The Dangers of Purchasing Uncertified Products
Coyote products sold by unauthorized dealers are sometimes purchased on a "gray" secondary market and may be damaged, defective, refurbished, stolen or even counterfeit. It is not uncommon for these resellers to deny any responsibility for product or support issues. Please be aware that if we are unable to validate the date of purchase and original ownership, your warranty will not be honored.
Have you ever purchased from an unauthorized reseller?
If you discover that you have already purchased a product from an unauthorized dealer, we suggest that you try to return your product to the site or store where you purchased it, and then purchase it again from an authorized dealer. This will allow Coyote to fully support you for the life of your grill, as many of our grill components come with a standard lifetime warranty for the original purchaser. Plate: lifetime warranty
The ENO griddle is re-glazable for life*. Thanks to its exceptional knowledge in enameling, ENO offers a lifetime warranty on its enamelled plates.
* Lifetime warranty on the ENO enamelled plate excluding other components which are covered by the contractual warranty and used under normal domestic conditions, in compliance with the instructions and maintenance advice contained in the manual supplied with the product. The ENO lifetime warranty is limited to enamelled cast iron plates and does not cover second choice products or damage to the plates caused by impact or accident. Proof of purchase will be required to enforce the warranty. The guarantee is only applicable on presentation of the defective enamelled plate in our premises, the costs of transporting the plate being charged to the consumer.
Burners: 10 year warranty
ENO offers a 10-year warranty on the burners and fireplaces* of all its gas and electric planchas*.
We choose robust and efficient burners for our planchas: circular or ramp burners for gas planchas and high efficiency radiant fireplaces for electric planchas**.

Bases and components : 2 years warranty
The ENO griddle base, whether it is made of stainless steel or galvanized steel, is guaranteed for 2 years as well as each component that goes into the manufacturing process. ENO products are designed to be durable and repairable.
Hamrforge products are warranted against defects in material and workmanship for the lifetime of the original owner upon presentation of the original receipt as proof of purchase. This Limited Lifetime Warranty includes the cost of parts found to be defective by Hamrforge Inc. and does not cover the cost of labor for troubleshooting diagnosis, removal, installation, export or shipping duties, transportation or other transportation to or from Hamrforge Inc. This limited lifetime warranty is as follows: Hamrforge's sole obligation under this Lifetime Warranty shall be to repair or replace, at its sole discretion, any parts found to be defective upon examination by Hamrforge Inc. on claims received by Hamrforge Inc. during specified warranty periods. The customer must obtain approval from Hamrforge Inc. before performing any service or repair by submitting a warranty claim under this Limited Lifetime Warranty. Hamrforge Inc. has no obligation under this Limited Lifetime Warranty as a result of unauthorized repair or service work and is not responsible for the cost of any repair beyond the repair or replacement, at its option, of the warranty coverage. Repair or replacement of parts will not extend the original warranty. This limited lifetime warranty is non-transferable for the duration of the specific warranty periods described above. To make a warranty claim under this Limited Lifetime Warranty, the owner must notify Hamrforge Inc. for problem resolution and subsequent instructions for service or replacement of the defective part(s) before attempting to repair a Hamrforge Inc. product. For warranty claims made outside of the warranty periods beginning on the date of manufacture otherwise covered from the date of original purchase. Proof of purchase must accompany the warranty claim unless previously submitted to Hamrforge Inc. This Limited Lifetime Warranty does not apply to damage caused by abuse or use of a product for purposes other than those for which it is designed. If the damage is caused by improper use; assembly, maintenance, cleaning, installation, accident, natural disaster, unauthorized attachments and/or modifications by third parties, unauthorized service or during shipment, this limited lifetime warranty does not apply. The Limited Lifetime Warranty is void on any Hamrforge product used in a commercial or restaurant environment including catering, gastronomy or industrial use. This Limited Lifetime Warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear of the Hamrforge product (e.g., scratches, dents and chipping) or changes in the appearance of the Hamrforge product that do not affect its performance.
Hamrforge products must be used, cleaned and maintained at all times in accordance with the instructions in the Owner's Manual. This Limited Lifetime Warranty will not apply if your product has not been assembled, operated, cleaned and maintained in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions or stored in accordance with the Owner's Manual. Performance problems due to operator error will not be covered by the Limited Lifetime Warranty. As this is a barbecue/smoker, the interior may experience changes in surface finish color. This is not a defect and as such is not covered by this limited lifetime warranty. There is no written or implied warranty of performance on any Hamrforge product, as the manufacturer has no control over assembly, operation, cleaning and maintenance or the type of fuel burned. High ambient temperatures, excessive humidity, chlorine, industrial fumes, fertilizers, lawn pesticides, acid and salt are some of the substances that can affect metal coatings. For these reasons, the Limited Lifetime Warranty DOES NOT COVER PAINTING, RUST OR OXIDATION on components during the specific warranty period. Hamrforge Inc. will not be responsible for performance problems caused by environmental conditions. Damage to painted surfaces caused by scratches, melted items, drips/spills, exterior marks and residues left on such surfaces by the use of sauces, seasonings, oils and brines, abrasive cleaners, polishes and other chemicals are not covered by this limited lifetime warranty. Any modification to the product will void this limited lifetime warranty. You are responsible for all shipping and handling costs associated with claims under this Limited Lifetime Warranty. Original Hamrforge Inc. parts must be returned prepaid. There are no express warranties other than the limited warranties described above. No express or implied warranties, including, but not limited to, any implied warranty of merchantability for a particular purpose, shall extend beyond the respective warranty periods described above. Hamrforge Inc. shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, special, consequential, incidental or punitive damages; loss of profits or loss of use or business interruption, regardless of the form of action or theory of liability resulting from a defect in or use of any Hamrforge product, accessories and/or heating elements. Traeger Pellet Grills LLC warrants this grill to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of three (3) years from the date of original purchase.
Traeger Pellet Grills LLC will provide a replacement part for any part found to be defective. The original part(s) approved for return by the Traeger Parts Department must be returned freight prepaid.
This warranty does not include labor costs associated with the determination or replacement of defective parts, nor does it include transportation costs to ship such parts.
Traeger Pellet Grills LLC shall not be liable under this or any other implied warranty for incidental or consequential damages. This warranty gives the retail customer specific legal rights and the customer may have other rights which vary from state to state.
This warranty will be void if the unit is not assembled or operated in accordance with the operating instructions provided with the unit; if the unit is resold or traded to another owner; if components, accessories, or fuels not compatible with the unit have been used; if the unit has been used in a commercial or food service application; or if the user has abused or failed to maintain the unit.
To process a warranty claim, Traeger Pellet Grills LLC may require proof of your purchase date. You must retain your sales receipt or invoice and this certificate with your valuable documents.

WHAT IS NOT COVERED
Any failure or difficulty in operation due to accident, abuse, misuse, alteration, misapplication, vandalism, improper installation or inadequate maintenance or service, or failure to perform normal and routine maintenance, including, but not limited to, damage caused by insects in the burner tubes as outlined in the owner's manual. Deterioration or damage due to severe weather conditions such as hail, hurricanes, earthquakes or tornadoes, discoloration due to exposure to chemicals, directly or in the atmosphere.
Shipping or transportation costs. Removal or reinstallation costs. Labor costs for installation and repair. The cost of service calls. Liability for incidental or consequential damages. Gas grills considered to be utility equipment or gas grills not directly used and maintained by the purchaser.
WARRANTY CLAIM PROCEDURE
All warranties are handled directly by OMC. If your grill is not registered, we require the following information to complete a claim: model number, serial number and proof of purchase (copy of sales receipt or invoice). Please note that in some cases, we may require that parts be returned to the OMC warranty department, shipping charges prepaid.
Onward Manufacturing Company Limited (OMC) warrants to the original purchaser of the barbecue (or the recipient in the event that a new product is offered as a gift/prize), that it will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for the period indicated in the warranty chart, when assembled and used in accordance with the accompanying user manual.
Please note that the OMC warranty is effective from the date of purchase and is limited to the repair or replacement, free of charge, of parts found to be defective under normal household use, as indicated on the warranty page of the Owner's Manual. The product must be properly cleaned and maintained in accordance with the Owner's Manual instructions and must not be used in a communal or commercial application for the warranty to apply. Normal wear and tear is excluded. Parts replaced under this warranty must be installed by the customer and are warranted for the remainder of the original warranty period.
The OMC warranty does not cover failure or difficulty in operation due to accident, abuse, misuse, alteration, misapplication, vandalism, improper installation, or failure to perform normal and routine maintenance; including, but not limited to, damage caused by insects in the burner tubes as outlined in the owner's manual. The OMC warranty does not cover deterioration or damage due to severe weather conditions such as hail, hurricanes, earthquakes or tornadoes, discoloration due to exposure to chemicals directly or in the atmosphere, shipping or transportation charges, removal or reinstallation charges, labor charges for installation and repair, service call charges, liability for indirect or consequential damages caused by chemical exposure.
