USE :
Pulled Pork : Use a full jar for a whole skinless pork shoulder. Apply the rub to the meat, let it rest for 24 hours in the refrigerator, then cook at 250°F until the meat falls off the bone.
Fillet, loin, and tender cuts: Sear the meat on the BBQ without cooking it all the way through, then cool. Rub the meat and finish cooking over indirect heat.
