Description

Our 8-inch (20 cm) cast iron frying pan set makes preparing delicious breaded fish fillets a breeze. It includes a sachet of our seasoned fish batter and an easy-to-follow recipe. Simply coat the fish fillets in batter and fry them to perfection. Serve them with fries for homemade fish and chips or in tasty fish tacos.

This batch makes 4 servings.

All you need:
- 109 g (Ÿ cup) batter mix
- 150 ml (œ cup + 2 tbsp) of beer, or water
- 2 fillets of fresh white fish (approximately 300 g) cut into 12 fingers
- 250 ml (1 cup) vegetable oil for frying


All we do:
Heat the vegetable oil in a cast iron skillet over medium heat until it reaches 375°F (190°C). Meanwhile, combine the batter mix and beer in a bowl. Mix well. Dip the fish fingers into the batter to coat. Gently place each fish finger in the oil (about 3 or 4 at a time) and fry for 2 to 3 minutes per side until golden brown and crispy. Place on a wire rack to cool. Double or triple the recipe for a larger batch.

Serve them with tartar sauce or one of our dips, such as Onion & Chive or Lemon & Dill. Add fries on the side for homemade fish and chips. Also perfect for making fish tacos, topped with all your favorite toppings.
