Village Gourmet Concept - Cast Iron Skillet with Brie, Cranberry, and Almond Toppings
Our complete set includes a 16 cm (6.3 in) diameter cast iron skillet, accompanied by a bag of our delicious cranberry and almond brie toppings.
Take a 225g (8oz) round brie or camembert cheese, make slits on the top with a knife, place it in the pan, top it with the easy-to-prepare ingredients, bake for 15-20 minutes, then serve it hot straight from the pan. Simple and deliciousâŠ
Baked Brie with Cranberries and Almonds
All you need:
- Cranberry and almond brie filling (included)
- 20 ml (4 tsp) of orange juice or liqueur
- 225 g (8 oz) round brie/camembert
- 1 French baguette, thinly sliced
All we do:
Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C). Score the top crust with a knife OR remove the top crust from the cheese, leaving the side and bottom crusts intact. Place the cheese cut-side up in the skillet. In a small heatproof bowl, combine the brie filling with the liquid and microwave for 45 to 60 seconds. Cover the top of the cheese with the filling. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes. Remove from the oven and serve with the baguette slices.
