With our new removable undermount burn pot, the Competition 1600 Series offers even more cooking space than ever, providing 1,578 square inches of cooking surface. These grills come standard with the famous Pit Boss 8-in-1 cooking versatility, allowing you to smoke, bake, braise, roast, grill, barbecue, broil, and sear – all in one machine. Using our Flame Broiler Lever™, you can achieve instant direct or indirect heat with a convection temperature range of 180° to 500°F and flame cooking up to 1,000°F.
The Competition Series features a Wi-Fi controller, allowing you to easily monitor meat cooking, adjust temperatures in five-degree increments, check flame intensity, and track fuel levels from the convenience of your mobile device or via the color LCD display. Additional features of the new and improved controller include indicator icons that allow you to see your input units operating, as well as the ability to increase smoke intensity and a prime button to start a new unit.
