The patented Alfa Forni kit allows you to convert your gas oven into a wood-fired oven.
Prepare your wood-fired oven in just two simple steps.
Cover your left burner with the lid to protect it, then place the support on the side to stabilize the wood.
Make sure the burner is working properly before switching to gas. This will ensure the fire develops on the side opposite the lid.
