Blaze is a professional integrated electric burner that includes a self-controlled, cast 304 stainless steel cooking ring, offering a multitude of cooking configurations. The inner ring is estimated to generate 25,000 BTUs and the outer ring 35,000 BTUs, for a combined total of 60,000 BTUs. The inner ring is perfect for preparing sauces, while the outer ring is ideal for large skillets and pots. Boil or fry by combining both burner rings. The cooking grate is made of sturdy stainless steel rods, featuring an inner ring that can be removed for wok preparation. As of March 15, 2016, Blaze electric burners are backed by an unbreakable warranty that protects against any production or manufacturing issues with the burners, burner grate, support, lid, and control valves. Heating, electronic, and lighting systems are warranted for one year from the date of purchase. For the warranty to be effective, the product must be returned within thirty days.
