Gozney - Roccbox Turning Shovel

Made specifically for use in the Roccbox, the turning peel is made for easy handling of pizzas and baked goods.

After using the Roccbox pizza peel to place a fresh pizza inside your Roccbox, use the Roccbox rotating peel to slide and turn the pizza easily and simply during cooking. Combining a thin circular surface, the peel simply slides under a half-baked dough base, allowing for smooth turning or maneuvering of baked goods in the oven.

Head diameter 170 mm and handle 320 mm.

Hand wash, do not put in the dishwasher.
