After using the Gozney pizza peel to place a fresh pizza in your oven, the Gozney rotating peel makes it easier to slide and turn the pizza during cooking, reducing the risk of burning or damage from high temperatures.

Made of a thin, circular stainless steel surface, with a weighted handle that can be gripped with both hands, the peel slides easily under a partially cooked pastry base, giving the user maximum control over the peel and food in the oven.
