The Big Green Egg Bluetooth Thermometer easily attaches to the EGG dome and allows cooks to remotely monitor cooking temperatures from their phones! The free app connects via Bluetooth and allows users to create maximum and minimum temperature alerts, set a timer, and switch between Celsius and Fahrenheit temperature displays.

Instructions
- Press and hold the power button for 3 seconds to turn the device on or off.
- Press the backlight button to turn the backlight on or off.
- Press and hold the backlight button to switch between °C and °F.
- To recharge the temperature gauge, gently twist the top of the gauge 1/8 turn counterclockwise and separate it from the probe. Use the included charging cable to recharge the device using a USB port or wall outlet. The battery charge indicator will change from empty to full until the device is fully charged.
- While the top of the unit is detached for charging, protect the probe from the elements using the provided cover.
- Install the Big Green Egg, Inc. Bluetooth Dome Thermometer from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Once the thermometer is powered on, open the app and click "Search for Device." The app can be used to set minimum and maximum temperatures, select alarms, and set a timer.
