The ConvEGGtor half-stone baking tray lets you create a multitude of different dishes! Ultra-versatile, you can use it with the ConvEGGtor basket by sliding it between two dishes, to combine direct and indirect cooking, or juxtapose it with a second half-stone baking tray to create a real convection apron.
Designed to prevent food from burning when using two half-stones to add more cooking surface. If you use a smaller diameter ConvEGGtor, food on the edges may burn. This accessory is therefore ideal for preparing large quantities of dishes that require moderate cooking (such as chicken wings). Used alone, it allows you to cook your food on half the total cooking surface without the risk of burning. The half-stone baking stone is made of ceramic.
Note: If using the 5-piece accessory add-on kit, only one half baking stone can be placed on the middle tier due to its size.
