Heat is slowly released from the refractory stone and radiated evenly through the curved walls.

This way, the fillings can cook faster, releasing some of their moisture, and the pastry becomes crispy without burning, thus achieving a perfect balance.

Entirely manufactured in Italy at the Alfa factory, the Heat Keeper TM brick absorbs and stores heat much better than the ceramic or lava stone used in other domestic pizza ovens.

Using HeatKeeper™ refractory bricks, the Alfa oven floor cooks your pizzas quickly, making them crispy and fluffy as you wish!

2. DoubleDown Ceramic Superwool ® insulation

Ceramic fiber is able to offer excellent heat resistance, twice that of rock wool commonly used in domestic pizza ovens.

DoubleDown Ceramic Superwool ® ensures very good temperature retention during cooking, prevents the side surfaces from getting too hot and allows you to consistently get well-cooked pizzas.

3. Full Effect Full Circulation Flue System ® patented

The special system improves the circulation of hot air inside the cooking chamber so as to heat the refractory brick even more and cook your pizzas better.

The forced “around and down” heat ensures that the right temperature is maintained to perfectly cook the toppings and base of your pizzas.
