Ventilating an outdoor cooking area can be challenging due to the high volume of smoke generated by external heating devices. The cooking area air cleaning system is effectively cleaned through the combination of a deeper hood and a powerful motor. The industry-leading Blaze hood has a depth of 36 inches that extends beyond the cooking area and captures more smoke when the grill lid is in place. The dual 1000 CFM motors generate 2000 CFM of draft, which indicates on average 60% more suction than the highest-performing external hoods available on the market today.
