Suitable for slow cooking as well as cooking requiring higher temperatures.

• Each kilo of charcoal can generate approximately 30,000 BTUs.
• Coal is produced in Missouri-type furnaces at a temperature between 300 and 350°C.

Shape: Fine pieces from 1.5" to 6". The smaller pieces are crushed for our briquette manufacturing.
Duration of use: Depending on what you have to cook, smoke or grill. The duration is as needed.
