Storage should be in a cool (< 21°C or 70°F), dry (< 60% RH) place to ensure minimal shelf life without appreciable loss of flavor or functional characteristics.
What you need:
- 14 g (2 tbsp) hamburger seasoning
- 680 g (1 1/2 lb) of lean ground meat of your choice
- 30 ml (2 tbsp) of ketchup or barbecue sauce
- 45 ml (2 1/2 tbsp) of beer or broth
Instructions for use:
Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Form into 6 hamburger patties and set aside. Grill over medium-high heat until cooked through, turning halfway through. Serve on your choice of bun with your favorite condiments.
For a vegan alternative:
substitute with plant-based meat, Portobello mushrooms, or black bean burgers.
