Description

A delicious blend of maple flavors and crunchy walnuts. Simply prepare our dry toppings according to the box instructions. Place an 8-ounce round Brie or Camembert cheese in a baking dish or one of our Brie fondue pots. Trace a star-shaped pattern on top of the cheese with a knife to allow the flavors to blend harmoniously.

Maple & Walnut Brie Topping
All you need
- 1 sachet of filling for Brie Gourmet du Village
- 4 tsp (20 ml) of orange juice or liqueur
- 1 (225 g/8 oz) slice of Brie/Camembert
- 1 French baguette, thinly sliced.
All we do:
Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C). Score the top crust with a knife OR remove the top crust from the cheese, leaving the side and bottom crusts intact. Place the cheese, cut side up, in a skillet or fondue pot.
In a small heatproof bowl, combine the brie topping with the butter and brandy or apple juice and microwave for about 25-30 seconds. Stir. Microwave 2 more times for 25-30 seconds, making sure to stir well each time. Be careful, it will be very hot! Cover the top of the cheese evenly with the topping. Place the skillet or fondue pot in the center of a preheated oven for 15-20 minutes. Remove from the oven and serve with the baguette.
