Village Gourmet Concept - Cast Iron Skillet with Parmesan and Artichoke Dip
This set includes an 8-inch (20 cm) cast iron skillet and a pouch of our award-winning Parmesan Artichoke Dip.
Make a delicious, piping hot dip with our flavorful herb and spice blends (included), then top it with a crispy layer of cheese in our 8-inch (20 cm) cast iron skillet. The cast iron keeps the dip warm so it can be enjoyed throughout the meal.
This batch makes 2 1/2 cups (20 oz). Net weight: 15 g (0.5 oz).
Baked Parmesan and Artichoke Dip
All you need:
- Parmesan and artichoke dip mix (included)
- 125 g (1/2 cup) cream cheese, softened
- 125 g (1/2 cup) freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 125 g (1/2 cup) of real mayonnaise
- 1 can 398 ml (14 oz) artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
All we do:
Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C). In a bowl, combine all ingredients (reserve 1 tablespoon of Parmesan cheese). Pour everything into the cast iron skillet. Top with the reserved Parmesan cheese. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until the cheese is golden brown.
CAUTION: DISH WILL BE HOT.
