GMG - Pizza Oven With Stone (Ledge/Peak/DB/JB)

Convert your GMG Pellet Grill into a Gourmet wood-fired pizza oven. The pizza oven accessory captures and channels heat from the firebox directly up and into the steel cooking chamber that encloses the pizza stone. This process raises the internal temperature of your pellet grill to that of a true wood-fired pizza oven. It creates temperatures in excess of 800°F, allowing you to cook restaurant-quality pizzas in 2 to 4 minutes. It's also useful for baking bread at 400 to 600°F and searing steaks at 900°F.

The accessory only fits Peak and Ledge (DB/JB) models.
