Description

The boxes are lined with aluminum foil to preserve freshness, while the dips are carefully packaged in small sealed bags to ensure protection from moisture. This product offers 5 recipes, or 50 sandwiches, for a total weight of 155 g (5.47 oz).

All you need:
- 45 ml (3 tbsp) shredded pork seasoning
- 2.3 kg (5 lbs) of pork shoulder
- 350 ml (1.5 cups) barbecue sauce
- 10 small rolls or 20 mini rolls

All we do:
Rub the pork generously with the seasonings. Let sit in the refrigerator, covered, for 12 to 24 hours. Cook in a roasting pan for 4 hours at 300°F (150°C), uncovered. Then cover with aluminum foil and cook for 1.5 more hours or until the pork is tender enough to shred. Remove from the oven and let stand, covered, for 15 to 20 minutes. Using tongs or a fork, shred the pork and place in a bowl, discarding any fat and bones. While still hot, add 1 cup (250 ml/8 oz) of barbecue sauce and mix well. Serve the hot meat on a fresh bun with barbecue sauce, coleslaw, and a pickle.

For a vegan option:
Replace pork with jackfruit or oyster mushrooms.
