The Big Green Egg Round Drip Pan lets you catch cooking juices, fat, and other food crumbs to prevent them from falling into the embers or onto the ConvEGGtor. You can also fill it with water to increase the humidity inside your Egg for even juicier and tastier dishes.
Cooking a chicken releases a fundamental amount of fat and juices, for example, but the round roasting pan offers an ingenious solution to the problem: simply place a ceramic rack or vertical poultry rack in the roasting pan and place everything on the wire rack of your Big Green Egg. With a diameter of 27 cm, the round roasting pan has a non-stick coating and can withstand temperatures of up to 232°C/450°F.
