Because measuring is essential for good cooking. This digital thermometer (Dual Probe Remote Thermometer) and wireless allows you to simultaneously measure the temperature at the heart of cooked ingredients and the temperature inside the dome of the Egg to the nearest degree. The thermometer works with two probes and a receiver that you can keep with you. Once the desired temperature is reached, the receiver automatically emits a signal (maximum range of 91 meters).
With its unique egg-like shape, this precision instrument leaves nothing to chance. That's why a number of cooking temperatures have been pre-programmed, including for beef, veal, lamb, pork, poultry, and nine types of game (including duck and venison). Prefer to choose your own cooking temperatures? No problem; that's also possible. The probes are resistant to temperatures up to 380°C/700°F.
